About Launching Pad

Launching Pad is an in person transformational event for Christian men, led by NFL Super Bowl champion Steve Weatherford. A Launching Pad runs anywhere from one to four days, depending on the city, and the purpose and the outcome are the same every time: men are activated physically, mentally and spiritually and leave with a clear plan and a brotherhood. It is free to attend and seats are limited. Through Launching Pad the ministry aims to see 50,000 families restored and healed: marriages healed, fathers restored to their children, and families brought back from the brink.

What to expect

Physical. Mental. Spiritual.

The Launching Pad is a high impact experience built around three pillars of development. It takes men through a powerful process, physically, mentally, and spiritually, designed to activate your God given identity and set your life on an intentional course toward freedom and purpose.
