Refund Policy

We want every man, family and partner to be glad they connected with Champions in Christ Ministry. Here is how refunds and cancellations work.

Launching Pad registration

Launching Pad is free to attend, so there is nothing to refund. If you cannot attend, tell us as early as possible so another man can take your spot. You can usually move your registration to another Launching Pad city or date.

Store orders

• Unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
• For health and safety, opened supplements cannot be returned. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
• Subscribe and save orders can be skipped or cancelled before the next shipment.

Gifts

Gifts are generally not refundable. If you believe a gift was made in error, for example a duplicate charge or the wrong amount, contact us within 30 days and we will review it.

How to request a refund

Send a message through the Contact page or call (972) 440-1305 with your name, the order, seat or gift, and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
