Privacy Policy

Champions in Christ Ministry (“the ministry,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through championsinchristministry.org and its portals, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, city, church or organization, and anything you write in a form, such as a Launching Pad registration, prayer group request, giving pledge, partnership inquiry or message.
• Giving and order details: the amount, frequency and items you choose. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by the ministry.
• Basic technical data: pages visited, browser type and approximate location, collected to keep the site secure and working well.
• Voice conversations: if you choose to talk with our voice guide, the conversation is processed by our voice technology provider to answer you.

How we use it

• To respond to you, confirm Launching Pad registrations, connect you with a prayer group and follow up on the programs you ask about.
• To process gifts and orders and send receipts.
• To send the Daily Word, ministry updates and event announcements you sign up for. You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can reply STOP to any text.
• To keep the site, the admin portal and the Champions Hub secure.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the ministry (such as hosting, email and text messaging, payment processing and our voice guide), with ministry leaders who need it to serve you, or when the law requires it.

Text messages

If you opt in to texts from (469) 473 3539, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See the SMS Terms for the full text messaging terms.
