The leadership team exists to steward the vision God has given this ministry by serving with excellence, leading with humility and developing men into Kingdom leaders.

Leadership roles and responsibilities

Every leader owns a specific area of responsibility while working together to advance the mission. The Volunteer Coordinator reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer. Department Directors report to the Chief Operations Officer. KMA Majors report to the Director of Outreach and Director of Ministry. Steve provides vision, Laura provides executive coordination, and major initiatives receive final approval from Steve and Laura.
